I was an Associate at Grow Capital Partners (“GCP”) a boutique Financial and Investment Advisory firm founded by Paul Joseph “PJ” Garcia, Raymond Rufino (The NEO Group), and Manny Ayala (Endeavor Philippines). The company provides industry standard advisory services at competitive price points by leveraging the expertise of its principals, team of professionals, and resources of its strategic partners (i.e. Asian Development Bank, Securities Exchange Commission, Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines, to name a few) to public and private companies in the Philippines. During my tenor, we provided Investment Banking Advisory and Investment Management Advisory services for clients in the Real Estate, Food Service, Financial Services, Wholesale & Retail Trading, Energy, and Technology Sectors and had over +2 Billion Pesos of AUM (Assets Under Management) under advisory and a TTV (Total Transaction Value) of over +21 Billion Pesos as of March 31, 2024. 

I managed our firm’s pipeline of clients and assisted in bringing in and nurturing business for the firm. I managed the investment advisory side of the business and also helped structure and broker the deals for our investment banking advisory transactions. I was hired by the firm as their 1st Associate after taking PJ’s Portfolio Management elective during my MBA program at the Asian Institute of Management.
